The quickest way to reach us is email. Pick the topic that fits, put it in the subject line, and include the page address so we can see exactly what you see. We answer every message from the same inbox.
Response time: We aim to reply within three working days. Bug reports, content corrections and privacy requests are read before other email.

Bug report
A tool shows an error, a page breaks on your device, or a button does nothing.
The page address, your browser and device, what you did and what happened instead. Describe the text you used instead of pasting it if it is confidential.
A guide, tool page, glossary term or word entry contains a factual or spelling mistake.
The page address, the sentence that is wrong and, if you can, the source that shows the correct form — for example the KBBI entry for Indonesian or the Merriam-Webster or Oxford entry for English. Confirmed errors are fixed and the page’s update date changes.
A question about the privacy policy, or a request to delete an email you sent us.
The address you wrote from and what you would like us to do. We do not store the text you process with the tools, so there is no text history to request.
Schools, publishers and companies that want to work with AdeptWrite or use it with a team.
Who you are, what you have in mind and the languages you need. The public API currently serves adeptwrite.com only; the API documentation describes what exists today.
No. We answer by email only, so nothing you write to us is stored on this website. Your email stays in our inbox only as long as we need it to reply and follow up, as the privacy policy explains.
Can you check my text for me by email?
No, and please do not send drafts, theses or other confidential text by email. Use the tools on the site instead: they never store your text. To report a problem we only need the page address and a short description.
How do I report a mistake in a guide or a word entry?
Choose the content correction topic and send the page address, the wrong sentence and, ideally, the source that proves the correct form. We check every report against that source; confirmed errors are corrected and the page shows a new update date.
Can I ask about using the API or a team plan?
Yes, write to us under the partnerships topic. The API documentation lists what is available today and the pricing page shows the current plans, so we can answer with what actually exists.
