How the tool builds a paragraph or an essay
The writer follows a standard shape that English-speaking teachers ask for: a main idea first, development of each point in order, and a short conclusion. Your bullets become the supporting points. The tool links them with transitions, so you get sentences that depend on one another instead of a list with full stops.
The Writer is for drafting. It is not a substitute for research, and it does not know your assignment.
Choosing a mode
| Mode | Use it for | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Academic | School and university essays, reports | Objective, precise register; no personal opinion unless your notes contain it |
| Creative | Personal essays, descriptions, stories | More vivid wording and rhythm; the facts stay the same |
| Expand | Drafts that must be longer or more developed | Each point is developed with explanation and transitions, aiming for about 400 to 700 words |
Make your notes better and the draft will be better
- Write each bullet as a claim ("Uniforms lower the cost of school clothes"), not a topic ("cost").
- Put your evidence in the bullet: a figure, a source, a named example from class. The tool will not add one for you.
- Mark your own position clearly if the assignment asks for an argument.
- Keep one idea per bullet. Two ideas in one bullet get merged.
Using the output honestly
Treat the draft as raw material. Replace any generic example with a real one, add citations in the style your teacher requires with the Citation Generator, and read the whole thing aloud. Check it with the Grammar Checker. Many schools and universities limit or ban AI-written submissions, so read your course policy and disclose AI help where required. If you only need one paragraph of a specific type, the Paragraph Generator has dedicated modes, and the Outline Generator helps you plan before you write.
Limits
Each run accepts up to 6,000 characters of notes. Output is a single paragraph or short essay, so write a long paper section by section. The tool cannot check facts and has no access to your sources.
