AdeptWrite for organizations
AdeptWrite Enterprise is a custom plan for organizations that need more than the Team plan: daily limits set for your size, many seats with pooled usage, shared API keys and one contact person on our side. Single sign-on (SSO), a data processing agreement (DPA) and invoice billing are available on request and agreed case by case; they are not self-serve features. Tell us what you need with the form on this page and we reply by email.
Who Enterprise is for
Enterprise suits organizations where many people write every day and someone has to answer for the tools they use:
- Universities and schools that want one agreement for lecturers, staff and students, with the native English and Indonesian (KBBI, EYD V) engines in one place.
- Agencies, publishers and newsrooms that write and edit in several languages and need predictable daily limits.
- Companies that build on the API, for example to check product descriptions, support replies or internal documents inside their own systems.
For a handful of people, the Team plan is usually the simpler choice: it gets self-serve checkout as soon as payments are switched on.
What is included today
Enterprise starts from everything the Team plan includes:
- Every AdeptWrite tool in every language the site supports, with the same native spelling engines.
- Pooled daily limits across all seats, with numbers agreed for your organization instead of the fixed Team allowance.
- An admin console to invite members by email, give them the owner, admin or member role, and remove people who leave.
- Shared API keys for your own systems, limited to the tools you choose and revocable at any time.
- The browser extension for every member, signed in with their own account.
None of this stores what your people write: the tools process the text and forget it.
Available on request
Some needs depend on your setup, so we agree them individually after a conversation and say plainly when something is not possible:
- Single sign-on (SSO) with your identity provider.
- A data processing agreement (DPA) that covers the account data we hold.
- Invoice billing instead of card or e-wallet payments.
- A named support contact for your administrators.
They are marked "on request" on purpose: none of them is a self-serve feature in the product today.
How it works
- Send the form below. It takes about two minutes.
- We reply by email and ask about your users, languages, expected volume and the items you ticked.
- You receive a written offer. Nothing is charged before you accept it, and everyone can keep using the free tools while you decide.
Your text stays yours
AdeptWrite never stores or logs the text that anyone writes in its tools, on any plan. Accounts keep only what is needed to run them: a name, an email address, the public keys of passkeys, the plan and daily usage counters, which are numbers rather than words. The form below stores the contact fields you see; the optional message is forwarded to our inbox by email and is not kept in our database. If you prefer, write to us through the contact page.
Ask for an Enterprise offer
We store only these fields, and only to reply to you.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of users?
There is no fixed minimum. Enterprise is worth it when you need limits, terms or billing that the Team plan does not offer. For a small group the Team plan is usually simpler, and you can move to Enterprise later.
Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?
SSO is available on request. Tell us which identity provider you use and we confirm what is possible before you commit to anything. It is not a self-serve feature in the product today, which is why it is listed as on request.
Can we pay by invoice?
Invoice billing is one of the items we arrange on request. Enterprise agreements are priced individually, and the written offer states the payment method and terms before you sign anything.
Is the text our people write stored or used for training?
No. AdeptWrite does not store or log the text written in its tools on any plan, so there is nothing to keep, share or train on. Accounts hold only account data such as email addresses, passkey public keys, plans and daily counters.
Can we try AdeptWrite before we sign?
Yes. Every tool works without an account and anyone can create a free account. You can also create a team and invite colleagues to try the admin console; pooled limits start once a paid plan is active.
